Cleveland-Lloyd Dinosaur Quarry Map (Pdf File) - The quarry was a mud trap that ensnarled dinosaurs that then became victims to other predatory dinosaurs 147 million years ago. Most typically the predator was the Allosaurus-the dominant carnivore of the Jurassic Period. This predator trap preserved the most concentrated collection of Jurassic dinosaur bones in world.

Blanding (pop. 4,000) is a mid-size town in southeastern Utah. It serves primarily as a stopping off point for those traveling to other destinations in the area. Within easy driving distance is Natural Bridges National Monument, the Abajo Mountains, and Hovenweep National Monument among others. Blanding has a number of motels, a few private campgrounds, several restaurants and most other services a traveler might need. It is also home to Edge of the Cedars State Park.
Blanding is on Hwy 191 about 75 miles south of Moab and 26 miles north of Bluff. View Area Map.

GIS is a collection of computer hardware, software, and geographic data for capturing, managing, analyzing, and displaying all forms of geographically referenced information. The Town of Rangely and the CNCC are moving forward with projects to develop a database of mapping information for the public to access. The plan is to improve the scope and detail of this site over the following months

BLM Map - White River Resource Area
Northwest Colorado and incorporates parts of Rio Blanco, Moffat, and Garfield Counties. The Resource Area includes approximately 2,675,360 acres of BLM, national forest, national park, state, and privately owned and administered lands.

West Douglas Wild Horse Horse Map - Wild horses are most frequently spotted in sagebrush parks scattered throughout the horse range, traveling in small bands made up of a stud and his harem of mares, or in bachelor bands of young stallions. Horses use the higher country in spring, summer and fall, moving to lower country in winter where there is less snow and feed is more easily found.

Millsite State Park Map - At an elevation of 6,100 feet, Millsite State Park is located in southeastern
Utah’s Emery County at the mounth of scenic Ferron Canyon. Majestic cliffs that tower 2,000 feet directly about the 435-acre reservoir provide an impressive setting for fun and relaxation.
